This Privacy Policy describes how Wine Country Investments & Real Estate Acquisitions LLC ("Wine Country Investments," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit winecountryinvestments.net, submit an inquiry, or communicate with us by phone, text message, or email. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways.

Information you give us

When you submit the inquiry form or contact us directly, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of a property you are asking about, your role in the transaction, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation, timeline, or the property.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Information from public and licensed sources

As a real estate buyer, we may obtain property ownership records, mailing addresses, and contact details from county recorders, assessors, and licensed data providers so that we can identify properties we may want to purchase and reach the owners of record.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can make an offer on a property.
  • Communicate with you about a property, an offer, or a transaction you are involved in.
  • Prepare written offers, purchase agreements, and related transaction documents.
  • Operate, maintain, and secure this website.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Program description. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Wine Country Investments may send you text messages about your inquiry, a property you have asked about, scheduling, offers, and transaction updates. This is a conversational, one to one messaging program; we do not send bulk promotional text campaigns.

Consent. You agree to receive text messages by providing your mobile number in the chat window on our website and asking us to contact you there, or by replying to a message from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of doing business with us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and transaction. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or email offers@winecountryinvestments.net.

No sharing of mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, customer relationship management platform, telephone and messaging provider, and email provider, each of which is limited to using the information to provide services to us.
  • With parties to a transaction, such as a title or escrow company, an attorney, a lender, or a buyer to whom we assign a purchase contract, to the extent needed to complete the transaction.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

5. Do Not Call and Communication Preferences

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state do not call lists. If you would prefer not to be contacted by phone, text, or email, tell us by any of those channels or write to us at the address below and we will add you to our internal do not contact list.

6. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed to complete a transaction, comply with legal and tax record keeping requirements, and resolve disputes. Records of opt-out requests are kept so that we can honor them.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. California Residents

We are a small California business and do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request its deletion, or request correction, by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
